An early morning meditation focusing on waking up playfullness and awareness in the body, using various approaches from the field of (theatre) performers. It involves listening to what the body really likes to experience, and different ways of working with physical impulses. It can help you find new ways of spicing up your impro or choreographed performance when hooping, besides giving you a good start of the day by landing you thoroughly in your body.
