Kundalini Dance Meditation

Jivan has had an big interest in meditation since she was young. For this reason she has been several times in India and Nepal to study different types of meditation. In 2000 Jivan came in touch with active meditations. The experience of many people is that for Western people it is more easy to get into a meditative state while moving the body.  Jivan will guide you through an active meditation called Kundalini meditation.  It is a meditation which  shakes out old, build-up tension out of the body and allows the energy to flow more freely in yourself.
