Movin’ Body – Find your own rhythm!

An hour of movement with the focus on everyone’s own, unique way of moving. A Movin’ Body class is a completely refreshing experience, aiming for a sparkling enjoyment of a renewed space and balance within your own body. Rianne guides you with physical exercises coming from Yoga, aerobics, T’ai Chi, stretching, dance, Pilates and developmental motorics. Rianne works in her classes with the ‘Methode Niek Brouw’ (motoric development of man). She also has a wide experience in dancing and teaching at several dance and sports centres.
